 **Commando Training Day -16 Summary**

Friends, today marks the 16th day of Commando Training. It is said that if you do something consistently for 21 days, it becomes a habit. Habits shape character, and character shapes destiny.

Today's Commando Training began with rituals led by Coach BSR. These are the rituals that Coach BSR practices to fulfill all his dreams, and it is because of these rituals that miracles have happened in his life. The Free Retreat Centre itself is like a miracle.

Therefore, make sure to join on time every day so that you can practice these rituals along with Coach BSR.

If you want to develop the habit of waking up early in the morning, you must practice regularly.

After completing all the rituals today, we realized that the body is lazy, and befriending laziness won't help us achieve the dream of becoming rich.

Now, we need to develop the habit of practicing at the same place for 1 hour daily during Commando Training.

If you have practiced Vipassana, you will understand this principle well.

Vipassana meditation is a type of mindfulness meditation derived from the original teachings of Buddha. It is a way of observing oneself without judgment and is considered helpful in gaining wisdom. Typically, it is practiced over 10 days.

At the core of Vipassana meditation are three fundamental concepts – Anicca (impermanence), Dukkha (suffering), and Anatta (non-self). These are natural phenomena occurring within us every moment without our awareness.

When I practiced Vipassana, I learned that "everything is impermanent."

Vipassana begins with a bell at 4:00 AM and continues until 9:00 PM, with about ten hours of meditation in between, along with regular breaks and rest periods.

After this, we performed the Twin Heart Meditation. After the meditation, Coach BSR said that the world runs on hope.

He emphasized spreading positive energy to the world, as it will return to you.

For instance, in the MIA webinar we conducted yesterday, Coach BSR offered a program worth ₹12 lakhs at an offer price of ₹2 lakhs+. Some people registered because they believed they could achieve something big and had faith in themselves!

However, some people did not register because they were afraid—afraid of how they could earn ₹1 crore in a year.

But if you believe in miracles, you must have hope in yourself that you can earn millions, which is why you got the opportunity to attend this webinar.

One of our participants got a clue from Coach BSR's ₹4 lakh program about growing on Instagram, and today they have 1.5 million followers, as shown in yesterday’s slide.

Finally, Coach BSR explained the concept of *Purushartha*.

**Purushartha** represents the four significant goals in Indian philosophy and culture. These four Purusharthas are guiding principles for a balanced and meaningful life. They are: Dharma, Artha, Kama, and Moksha.

**The Four Major Types of Purushartha:**

1. **Dharma (Duty and Morality):**

   - Dharma refers to living according to duty, morality, and justice. It symbolizes right conduct and ethical values in every aspect of life. Dharma motivates individuals to fulfill their responsibilities towards society and family.

2. **Artha (Wealth and Prosperity):**

   - Artha pertains to the acquisition of wealth, prosperity, and material comfort. It is related to the economic and physical aspects of life. Properly and ethically acquired wealth leads to progress for both the individual and society.

3. **Kama (Desires and Fulfillment):**

   - Kama refers to desires, emotions, and the pursuit of life's pleasures. It symbolizes love, joy, and relationships in life. Kama encourages individuals to fulfill desires and enjoy life but should be balanced with Dharma and Artha.

4. **Moksha (Liberation and Enlightenment):**

   - Moksha refers to liberation of the soul and freedom from the cycle of life and death. It is the ultimate goal of life, where one attains self-realization and freedom from worldly bonds. Moksha is achieved after fulfilling the other three Purusharthas and leads to eternal peace and spiritual bliss.

**Importance of Purushartha:**

Purushartha guides living a balanced and meaningful life. It teaches that one should follow the path of Dharma, acquire wealth and resources rightly, fulfill desires, and ultimately strive for Moksha.

Balancing these four Purusharthas leads to a complete life, where an individual fulfills their duties and achieves both material and spiritual goals.

Afterward, Coach BSR shared a dialogue between Bhima and Karna, concluding that now it's your turn.

The Commando Training concluded with Mangala Maitri and Mayurama.
